A Very Special Birthday

On July 16th, our "CEO", Wyatt turned 2 years old! Happy Birthday to our "why" behind Playground42.

Our Dearest Wyatt,

When you were born, something shifted. Suddenly, not only were you the center of our world, but the center of the universe itself. Dada and I thought we'd understood what "love" was, but in that moment, we realized how much everything else paled in comparison to the love we felt for you. And though it doesn't even seem possible, our love for you grows insurmountably everyday. Watching you grow up these past two years has been the most precious gift of our lives. We still aren't fully sure what the question to the meaning of life, the universe, and everything is, but, to us, you're the answer. There's not a star in the sky that we wouldn't move for you, squishy butt. So be your truest self. Yell, laugh, climb, tumble, giggle, play, grow, and learn. We will be here, unconditionally, every step of the way for as long as we live and beyond. Happy Birthday.

Mama & Dada

News Press

In July, we had an absolute dream come true when Alese Underwood from Spectrum News 1 did a story on us. A very special thank you to Alese for helping get more coverage on what we are doing, the passion that is going into this startup, and why it is so important.

Pop-Ups!

We attended a pop-up event at Hobson Freedom Park in Fairborn during Brunch Fest with the Hunger Days Food Truck Rallies in July. No other pop-ups are planned for summer 2024, but updates will be posted on social media and Playground42.com/events if that changes.

Thanks to those that came out to

support us!

Venue Updates

We are currently awaiting approval for a conditional use application. Following its anticipated approval, we anticipate starting renovations within the next few weeks.

Address & grand opening plans to be officially announced soon (within the next couple/few weeks), so give our social media a follow to stay up-to-date!

The Goal is to open in October!

Sponsors (Not in Newsletter):

We have posted this on our social media, so thought we would include it here too even though it didn't make the newsletter. Playground42 is seeking sponsors. We are especially interested in family-friendly, mom-owned, and local businesses to sponsor us, but are open to anyone that is interested!

*We are seeking a sponsor for our grand opening (projected for October 2024).*

If you're interested in sponsoring the playground itself, you can sponsor a specific piece of play furniture, up to an entire room or section of the playground. This includes areas such as the playground itself, the nursing area, the co-working section, infant area, and more.

Sponsorships will receive signage recognition for the life of the equipment/playground to showcase your support. We have two specific items we are interested in (linked below). Interested parties can email Playground42LLC@outlook.com

TMC PLAY Cart:

TMC Family Workstation:

Please be sure to share our sponsorship information with anybody that might be interested! Thanks for a great month of so much love and support. I can't wait to see what August brings!

Best,

Kayla
